What this app processes

Humanize AI Content processes the Shopify store domain, app installation and session records, Shopify subscription status, the product content a merchant selects, saved brand-profile settings, draft usage, saved review drafts, and app-created revision history. The app does not request customer, order, checkout, payment, theme, or storefront data.

How content is used

Selected product content and an optional brand profile are sent over an authenticated server-to-server connection to Humanizer Pro’s text-processing service at texthumanizer.pro and its contracted AI-processing provider to create a draft. No separate texthumanizer.pro sign-in is required for the Shopify app, and the service connection does not control Shopify billing or complimentary usage. We do not sell app content or use it to train our models. Merchants must review generated text before publishing.

Retention and deletion

We retain the app workspace, saved drafts, settings, usage, and revision history while the app is installed so merchants can continue reviews and restore eligible descriptions. On uninstall or a Shopify shop-redaction request, we delete Shopify access tokens and app-owned store records. Because the app does not collect customer data, customer data-access and redaction requests do not return or delete customer records.

Security

Product content and service requests are sent over HTTPS. Shopify access tokens remain server-side in an access-controlled database. The app uses Shopify OAuth and session-token authentication, verifies Shopify webhooks, and signs requests to Humanizer Pro’s text-processing service.
